Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I am sorry to hear that you are having a negative experience when trying to complete a payment. I can certainly understand the importance of being able to complete a payment. If the payment is being denied, I do advise to contact PayPal credit directly for assistance with this decline. Here is: How to contact PayPal Credit. Additionally, PayPal Credit typically only completes payments in USD. If the transaction is not in USD that may be the reason for the decline.
