From what I have seen online to set up a Paypal cash account you go to "accept the money">>"Keep it in paypal" and then you are supposed to be met with a screen that allows you to sign up for the Paypal cash account. But every time I click on "keep it in paypal" I get a " Sorry about that. Looks like something went wrong on our end. Try again in a minute or two". And I tried again a day later and I keep getting this message. My account has been verified with them and I have a bank account connected. I do not know what else to do. Is there another way to set up this feature?
This is all incredibly messy for no reason. It was fine before they added this cash account feature. If more places accepted Venmo to pay for things online, I would switch over to that completely.
