Can't pay my monthly installments on paypal credit

I am struggling to pay my monthly installments on PayPal credit. I have contacted PayPal & they put me onto an organisation that involves sharing bank details. My main account is a joint account & I cannot share it. What can I do?

If you're finding it difficult to make a payment, please call our PayPal Credit customer service team on 0800 368 7155 and we will do our best to help you.

Other help organisations may charge a fee so it’s worth checking before you approach them.
