Since today I Can't issue any new invoice. When I click on issue new invoice, The date can't be set and any new invoice can't be saved.
The date field has a error and the field for years shows 23/01/YYYY , after I click on the calendar icon and choose today date it still shows the error " You've entered a invalid date" even if the date is 23/01/2023
Also the same problem is present when I try to mark other issued invoices from the past as paid . The date field still has errors. Do you have any solutions ?
Welcome and thank you for joining the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into an issues entering a date on your invoices. Have you tried entering the month first with the format of MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY? If that doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
