Can’t find a Draft Invoice or the link “Manage Invoices”

I’m trying to find a draft invoice and used to be able to find it through a link called, “Manage Invoices” but can no longer find that link. Suggestions?

I don't have the button anymore either.  In one of the replies to the post below, you can find a direct link to Manage Invoices.  I do wish we could get the button back, and please if anyone knows how to get it back, tell us!  (I have put in Chat a request that they put the button back.)  However, I have bookmarked that direct link and it's working for now.  (I'm not giving you the direct link because it goes directly to my account, but click on the link in the first substantive reply in this post):
