Can't access PayPal credit account

Why is my payPal credit account not appearing on my account page, it means I can't make payments etc, I'm really panicking because I need to pay

Click the three dots next to your Paypal Balance, select Go TO Money Page, it's on there....

Just spoke to support and FOUND IT!!!  
Top of the page mouse over "pay and get paid"  then click on "Money"
CREDIT is on the right side middle of the page you land on!

None of the proposed solutions worked for me, but I haven't tried downloading the app. I was hoping to avoid that.

Same problem. Was able to access this feature on the phone app instead. Had to download the paypal app.

I made one payment and now I can’t find it on my PayPal account either. But in my email confirmation of the 1 payment I made, at the bottom it says “manage my account”. I clicked it and it directed me to the payment page with my credit card balance and everything. I was able to make another payment

Yeah you can find it it's just hard to find now. I had to go to manage payments and found it in there.
