Can not view PAYPAL DEBIT CARD DETAILS. Error message saying Problem with your account.

Support is no help. My ID is verified and everything. I have no trouble adding any other cards. Anybody else experienced this? I can not seem to find any thing online either

I'm sorry to hear you cannot view your PayPal Debit Card details. When you receive a message stating there's an error with your account, I suggest checking to see if you need to resolve any account issues in your Resolution Center and Customer Identification Portal. Feel free to use the hyperlinks I've included to locate them quickly. If those are both clear, I'd next recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different browser. If you use the PayPal Mobile App, you can clear the App's Cache in your phone's App Settings. Also, whenever you log into your PayPal account, please always use one consistent device with your location services turned on.
