Can i get reolacement card faster

I'm waiting on replacement card my direct deposit goes to PayPal can I get my card faster if I pay for faster mail

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Impossible to get in touch with anymore.  I've been a customer since 1994 and Paypal won't send me my replacement debit card.  It is now 43 days late.  Because it's supposed to arrive 30 days ahead of time.  Yeah great way to run your company Paypal.  Is paypal just going out of  business or what?  Or maybe they don't want my  business anymore?  Is that why?
