Can I use Zettle while limiting access options?

Hey, my company has access to Zettle and I am considering using it, but have a quick question before I do.
I would be letting teen volunteers use the system and am trying to mitigate the risk as much as possible. Ideally, I would just like a system that lets you scan a barcode of a price value (e.g. $5, $10, $15, etc.) or enter a dollar value and then pay with card, with no other capabilities. I don't want them to have access to refunds or anything else as I want that to go through me. Is that possible?

I understand you're interested in learning more about using PayPal Zettle to accept payments.
