Can I create a separate business Paypal account without a business bank accont

Hi there,

I'm from Venezuela and I have a personal Paypal account. I would like to create some Smart Subscription buttons, as I'm looking into selling some design services online that have a recurring charge, and would like to accept credit card payments. However, I do not have access to the Smart Subscription buttons.

Can I create a new, separate Paypal business account without actually having a bank account or credit card for the business? This means I can only verify the new business account with my personal debit card. Also I would like to withdraw the funds eventually to my personal US bank account. Is this possible?

I understand you'd like to learn more about creating a Smart Subscription button and using a PayPal Business account. If you'd like to learn more about creating a Smart Subscription button, please visit this Help Center article. You are allowed to have one personal account and one business account. However, you can also upgrade your personal account into a business account. If you choose to create a separate business account, you don't have to have a bank or card in the business's name, but you would need separate financials from what's on your personal account.
