PayPal gave me a $30 credit for delaying what was supposed to be an instant transfer but I can't find it. They said it would not show in my balance but could be used to pay for things I buy using PayPal, but I never have been given this opportunity. I called about it once and the lady said she saw it but I never have seen it and do not know how to use it or find it.
