Attempted payments in paypal credit account are rejected.

I recently opened up a Paypal credit account. I have made use of a portion of the credit available to me. However, whenever I attempt to make a payment into my Paypal Credit account for the credit I've used, my payments get rejected, and I don't understand why - I've been attempting to make payments from my bank account containing the sufficient funds for the payments made.
