Argos refund has gone into my bank account but my paypal pay in 3 is still active

Hello,

I recently made a purchase from Argos using PayPal Pay in 3 but ended up returning the product after a few days.

I now see that the money from Argos has gone into my bank account but the Pay in 3 is still active, just wondering if I now have the money or if something has gone wrong on either PayPal or the Argos end?
