I am going to move to Bosnia and Herzegovina in next month. I would like to get a Paypal Debit Card and use it in Bosnia. As I know we were not able to have a Paypal Debit Card in South Africa. I couldn't find such a list of allowed countries for Paypal Debit Card. I have asked my Bosnian friends about it but they don't know.
The question is are we able to apply for Paypal Debit Card in Bosnia?
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
When you have a Bosnian account then apply and see if its available for you on your paypal account.
Thank you for your answer. I know that I have to create a new account. I just triyng to learn that can we get paypal debit card in Bosnia otherwise I have to find a different solution before I go.
Also the link that you sent is for Business. I think there is a Paypal Debit card for the standart user.
