Applied for Debit MasterCard requested physical card three times and never received it.

I recently applied for the PayPal Debit MasterCard, however I have asked for a replacement card three times because I never received the physical card in the mail. Upon requesting a replacement for the third time I can no longer access the digital card. It's reverted to the "it costs nothing to get a PayPal digital debit card" message with the "get it in seconds" button. I go through the process and agree to the terms and then I'm met with this "Contact support, there's an issue with your account, we're here to help". I contacted support and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. Any ideas or help on how to at the very least get the digital card back?

Hello @djmaglioli,

welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!

I am sorry to know about the issue with PayPal Debit card and I understand this can be frustrating. In general, once you request for PayPal Debit Card, it should arrive in the mail in 7-10 days. We’ll send the card to the address you entered and confirmed in your application. It’ll arrive in a PayPal-branded envelope. If you haven’t received your card after 10 days, please cancel it and request a new one. Ensure your address is current and it’s not a PO Box. Please note that this is a debit card linked to your PayPal Balance account. In this case, I would recommend you keep trying to get the digital card online after clearing cache and cookies or try different browser or device to see if that works. If that's not the case, the only option is to contact PayPal Customer Support through the available contact options on our website and ask them if they can process a new card from their end.

Regards,
Ayesha
