Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wallets, Debit Card, PayPal Debit Card,

Why can’t I use my PayPalh Debit card on Apple Pay or Google Pay???? I wanted to also ask if people could leave feedback in PayPal requesting that they allow there Debit Card to be aloud to connect to Apple Pay and Google Pay?
