App crashing on Androis 12 - Sony xperia 5ii

Paypal app is now unusable. As soon as you login the app stops and bombs out. Android 12 - Phone is Xperia 5ii. Uninstalled and re-installed  - No difference. Cleared cache etc. No difference. Wifi or 4g  - no difference. Plenty of memeory and storage - App simply does NOT WORK.
