Android app "Finances" button missing

On Android app, "Finances" button in the navigation bar is missing. This is where I always go to "Transfer from your balance" to my bank account. I had to go to my iPad to do the transfer, as the "Finances" button still appears there. Has something changed in the Android app? If so, how do I transfer my balance to my bank account?

I am  sorry to know that PayPal app on android phone isn't working and I understand this can be frustrating. As per the details that would have shared, it is possible this issue might be due to to the technical glitch. In this case, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. If the PayPal mobile app and are still experiencing difficulty, I would recommend you to contact our Customer Support Team so that our Concerned team is investigating and trying to fix it as soon as possible. For this situation, you can contact PayPal Customer Support so that representatives can take down your account specific information and add it to the records so that our technicians can look into it and resolve the issue. Until the issue gets fixed on the app, I would recommend to transfer the funds through the web browser by following the steps in this Help Center Article. Apologize for inconvenience this has caused.

but when i search about "Finance" in Costumer support team i havnt found anything about finance  ,Why?
