I have now tried about a dozen times to take photos of the front & back of my check. It's a very legible check however the app keeps rejecting my attempts. After 20 seconds per check side, the app says 'success', but followed by a message that my request can't be processed. Other times the auto generate photo won't work so I try manual. Then I get an error that some part of the text or numbers are illegible.
I see from a Google search that many other people have had this problem. Is there any solution?
