Activity Disappearing

I am using shipstation to mail parcels via the PayPal connection. When I log in, I see my activity, I create a shipping label and return to PayPal and all data and activity from PayPal is gone. I must close the browser and re-log into paypal to see the activity. I have tried the usual solutions, different browser, clear cache etc. Nothing works. PayPal says it is a Ship Station problem and Ship Station says the error is with PayPal shipping. Honestly, I don't want to play the blaming game, I just want it to work. Who can I contact for help? Thank you.

So is anyone taking care of this problem? I need to ship 5 things today so that means I have to close my browser and restart PayPal 5 times.

Maybe I start looking into alternative shipping programs.

No fix yet. Although, for what it's worth, they created a ticket. (Number CSTS0024169 and the issue is escalated.)

I understand the frustration, Same here!

Ship-Station has gone silent. Hope we can get it fixed soon.
