API Signature

I'm trying to locate my API Signature.  I assume API Username is Client ID, and Secret is API Password.  I'm not seeing the API

Signature.  Where can I find it?  Thanks.

I figured out that you have to go here: https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/mytools/apiaccess/firstparty to get your API username, API password, and API signature BUT when I click the link it says...

and the URL for that error is: https://www.paypal.com/authflow/verification-failed/

I have verified my email...so what does this mean?  Paypal customer service isn't active so if this is a technical snaffu, what do I do?  Any advice?

I want to implement paypal system in my business. I am into create e learning website for my online store.  I think it is profitable option now, because elerning platfoms mainly used by students.
