ANYONE had any issues with lost shipments lately?

I am very frustrated with shipstation right now.  I have a business and shipped a order to San Diego CA FIRST CLASS.  Guess I'm used to ETsy and getting a tracking number for First Class but IT shipped 2/2/22 and now its 2/16/22 and it hasn't been rec'd.  Once I looked up the transaction on PayPay it states it shipped "UPS_INTERNATIONAL"  what the heck!!! It says nothing on the label about this, just First Class.  Now it's lost and no tracking number to file a claim.  I'm out merchandise and my customer is out her order until I can replace it.

Anyone else have issues?  I'm not crazy about continuing to use this PayPal shipping through shipstation at this rate.
