A merchant has sent me an invoice that is no longer needed. Can I reject it?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! 

I understand that you'd like to cancel an invoice that you recently received but no longer need. At this time, only the merchant is able to cancel an invoice by following the steps on our Help Center here. If you ever receive an invoice from a merchant you do not know, you can report it. However, please do not use this option for a merchant you've been working with.
