Anyone else not received the £25 Cashback after making so many transactions? I’ve done way more than the 7 required but no confirmation yet.

Hello @Shaun76

Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community; welcome!

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your £25 Cashback reward. Occasionally, it can take up to 30 days for cashback offers to deposit into your available rewards balance. However, to double-check, you can also reach out to Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.

I hope you receive the reward soon!

I contacted customer service and was told the 8000 was reached but they wouldn’t say when.

This amounts to an advertising scam where you have people conned into spending on the.promise.of a non existent reward. Not telling people the 8000 limit has been reached amounts to lying and at best is incompetence. Paypal customer service personnel likely have no clue and it's not their fault, it's the higher level personnel who setup the offers. Someone thought this up and didn't follow through in customer service and respect. Shame on Paypal exploiting their customers and not giving people a compensation for clicking on a link that was not delivering what it promised 😔

I agree this was also a badly run promotion. I originally was told I didn't qualify, then was told that was a mistake I did, then have no idea if I was in the first 8000 or not or if I will ever get the £25. I've also seen mention of it taking 10 days to receive the reward and other official comms saying 30 days. Customer Services have nor been able to tell me anything. Poor show PayPal!
