Hello I purchased something which said it was 36 months 0% interest on PayPal credit, however I have received an email from PayPal credit stating I have 4 months interest free then I will be charged interest on the balance. I am concerned that I will be changed interest when I thought I was making 36 payments at 0% interest. Could anyone help? Thank you
