what if bank don't understand on quality of service ?

1. Synchrony bank had damaged my 20 points in credit history when dispute was going on.
2. Quality of service can't be justified , bank had not done any investigation apart of taking the receipt .
3. Merchant had also not provided any evidence of support of case that quality is up to the mark
4. how bank had given case in favor of Merchant. synchrony bank is not agreeing to refund . what can be done here
