unable to pay a 4 month credit plan

Hi , I am unable to pay for a credit (4 month plan) that I used , I get the option to pay any amount to PayPal credit (in total) but not a plan specifically the 4 month pay later, where, or why is this option is hidden?

what a poor automated message, I want to finalize this payment , but your system seems to purposely hide that option. please let me know if this is my mistake, or if its yours ,should I see legal advice ?
