I HAVE CONTACTED PAYPAL SEVERAL TIMES TO BE PASSED ALONG THEN HUNG UP ON ,THIS IS **bleep** ME OFF ,NEVER HAVE I DONE ANY WRONG ,THIS IS NOT A BUISNESS ACCOUNT ,, YOU CHARGED ME 90 DOLLARS TO TRANSFER TO MY NAVY FED ACCOUNT, WHICH IS STEALING ,THEN END MY ACCOUNT ,TELL ME WHAT YOU SAY I DID THAT WAS IN ANY WAY AGAINST YOUR RULES
