Hi there I am super stuck so I am hoping someone can help.
I bought an item using PayPal credit for £100 and paid this off. I then used it to pay for an item for £50 and paid £5 a month for two months so had £40 left. I then got a refund for my £100 item, and now my PayPal credit says -£60. I thought paypal had charged me for using the credit to slowly, but when I went to pay it, it says my balance is £0. Therefore I am assuming the -£60 on my credit is my refund, how do I get this back to cash? or is it stuck as Paypal credit?

Hi @hollysmith24,
Welcome to the Community!
A minus sign on PayPal Credit would indicate negative arrears. If the account shows a negative amount of arrears that means that there is an overpayment on the account.
You can contact our PayPal Credit team so we can assist you with transferring the balance to your bank account.
You can contact our Customer Support by clicking the Contact link from the footer of any PayPal page.
I hope this helps you out.
