no longer pay in 3 available on my account

i have pay in 3 payments on my account but this option is no longer showing can anyone tell me why please

PayPal Checkout system performs internal checks (risk assessment/buyer account data/merchant or product eligibility) to see if Pay in 3 should be offered or not. It does not mean it won’t be available again in the future. But in the meantime, it is recommended to use your own funding sources.

thank you .ive had pay in 3 for years never missed a payment so seems odd its just been removed i used it 2 days ago .
