my donate buttons keep disappearing

Hi,
A few weeks ago I created a donate button for my website. When I checked on the "manage buttons" dashboard, the button had vanished. I created a new one but I have just checked, about 14 hours on, and the new button has vanished again. I've just created a new one.
Why do my buttons keep disappearing?
