Your invoice is waiting

I have a ‘Pending’ entry in my ‘Activity’ with the message “Your invoice is waiting”. It’s for a transaction amount that I don’t recognise and from a Name I don’t recognise. What does “ Your invoice is waiting” mean?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting! 

 

I understand your concern about an unrecognize invoice. It seems like someone has sent the invoice to request a payment. You can certainly cancel the unknown invoice, here are the steps that need to be followed via desktop:

  1. Find the request or invoice on your Summary page or click Activity. Click the three-dot icon on the right side of the screen. 
  2. Click Cancel next to it.
  3. Click Yes to complete the cancellation.

On mobile, find the invoice from your list. Tap the More icon on invoice details and cancel it.
