I'm sorry to hear that you received a recent bill with the incorrect pronoun on it. We can get this changed for you. It is not part of the name changing process that you previously went through but if you call us on PayPal we can change the pronoun for you over the phone for your bill.
If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website, you can click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. Then, from here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, and 'Login Problems', on the next page, you will see a 'Message Us’ or ‘Call Us’ option.
