Won't send Cash Card

I'm trying to order a Cash Card but it did not arrive to my address when it as supposed to. When I click the "resend cash card" button, I'm merely redirected to my dashboard and nothing is sent. What do I do?

I am sorry to know that you haven't received the PayPal cash Card. Here's the help center article to know more information on this. If you need any help, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to request a new card. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
