Why can't I see pay in 4 everywhere I shop?

I'm trying to use pay in 4 at afastore. Not sure why I see at other stores but not this one. Can someone help with a fix,so I could use it there? Thank you

Where can I pay with Pay in 4?
Pay in 4 is available to use at selected merchants where PayPal is accepted.

Thank you for getting back to me. I do see it at the bottom of the page. It says learn more about pay in for,but when I check out I can't see the option.
