Why can I no longer purchase/print an international shipping label?

I can no longer seem to purchase an international shipping label . It takes all my information then gives me an error message 

when comes time to purchase.  It had previously worked fine.

Any solution?

I'm having the same issue and am completely frustrated.  Paypal says it's not their problem and to contact Shipstation, but I can't see any way to do that.
