Where’s my Pay Pal Pay-In-Three option gone?

So, I have made three payments using the PI3 option. Two paid off early and one with just two payments left on it. Was trying to use the facility today but was experiencing problems with the website I was trying to order from so ended up cancelling and returning to the retailer. Put stuff in basket the third time and went to PayPal PI3 again, only to get a message advising transaction had been declined😳. Tried again, and this time the option to PI3 was gone even though I already have an account? How do I resolve this?
