Where can I can offer 6 or 12 payments.

I need to set up a way for my clients to get credit from Paypal, and to make 6 or 12 monthly payments. Where do I go to find this, and to put it into my web site? I have looked everywhere (I think).  Does Paypal still offer this?  Thanks.
