Was offered $20 to apply for PayPal credit. However the link does not have any tabs to sign up for PayPal redit so I can use in the transaction I'm trying to make. I don't want to go straight to PayPal to sign up for credit because the offer popped up from PayPal when I was going to use my PayPal account Is this just a scam to trick you in signing up for PayPal credit & you DON'T GET THE $20 credit it offered??
