Wanted to use the 0% interest rate instalment option on 15 October

Hi, I wanted to use the 0% interest rate installment option on 15 October to book my ticket through Qatar Airway but by mistake I selected the option pay now that detected full amount because I am getting error again and again while selecting installment option and now my balance turn into negative Can I somehow converting my amount into installment ??

Click a duplicate transaction, then click “Report a problem”, then click “I have a billing issue”, then click “Duplicate Transaction” , then follow the prompts and complete report.

Repeat for each duplicate.

Payment methods cannot be changed after you complete checkout.

So you mean I still not be able to change into instalments ? even complete the report ?
