I’m considering getting a PayPal debit card and I was wondering if you have to pay a monthly payment or is it just one of those cards that you can get and reload anytime you want

PayPal Cash card is a debit card that draws from your PayPal balance. There’s many ways to add or withdraw money as you will see in the list below.
