Transactions over payapl credit limit.

Wanted to purchase an iphone and would like to to use paypal credit. However as the iphone is over my limit, would the balance come out of my bank/debit card or will the transaction get declined? thank you in advance.

Welcome to PayPal's Community Forum! That is a great question. If the purchase amount exceeds your PayPal Credit limit, the transaction would be declined. However, PayPal Credit accounts are regularly reviewed for possible credit increase offers. You can find more information about the eligibility requirements here.
