I created a label and I sent the package to usps but the tracking number still says it’s in preshippment, if I made a mistake with measurements and over created the wrong label will PayPal let me know? Or will usps let me know? Or will they send the package back to me?

That is a great question. If there is an error with the measurements which may affect the pricing of the shipment, USPS will typically charge any necessary additional costs at a later time. This will usually show up in your account as an automatic payment from them.
