Shipping charge not added to invoice

Just received an order from a customer, but the shipping charge wasn't added.  Our shipping calculator is unchanged and shows the expected settings.  Is this a one-time hiccup, or are there more orders w/o shipping charges to come?

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry that the shipping charge wasn't added to one of your orders. For account-specific assistance, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team directly for this to be further investigated.
