Refund to PayPal credit account with zero balance

Hi, I've been issued a refund to my PayPal credit account, but I already had zero balance in there. I need the refund amount to be sent to my normal bank account, how can I do this please?

I couldn't find any way to do this. TUI refunded my holidays deposit payment and my refund showed up as 'refunded' but it's not on the statement. My money is being held without any reason. Customer service is useless and apparently doesn't know how calculator works. I'm so disappointed because I have been using PayPal Credit for years and I've never imagined it will be so difficult to handle simple refund! Lesson learnt, I will keep trying to recover my money and then goodbye, I'll stick to credit cards.

Hi I have the exact same problem also holiday refunded by Tui I can't get an answer from anywhere which is strange as it must be a common problem sorry not much help but at least you know your not alone with this issue.
