Hi, I attempted to purchase something using pay in 4 five times. The merchant website rejected it each time however PayPal approved the transactions. I ended up using a different form of payment. Now when I attempt to use Pay in 4 its declined because "Total balance on your outstanding Pay in 4 loans or the Pay in 4 loan amount you requested is too high." I have attempted to call PayPal and message them requesting the pending transactions be removed however the employees are not paying attention and giving me general answers. Has anyone had this happen or know how I can have the pending transactions removed? They have been there for about 2 months.
