Paypal pay in 4 wallet issue

I had a 70$ order and then paid with paypal pay in 4 weeks.I had to lock the card and change numbers due to another charge. Im confused as to how I will be charged

I bought an order with paypal pay in 4 weeks, I noticed that my card was charged 50$ somewhere else so I canceled it but now I dont know how the payment will go through if the card is canceled
