I use paypal to pay different artists to paint for me and ever since pay in 4 fell into my lap it was a Godsend And it worked 4 times through invoice But now pay in 4 is not an option when i click to pay when an artist sends me an invoice the option is not even anywhere in the payment options please help please i miss pay in 4 (Btw none of these artists had a website for me to order from so please dont talk about merchant's or websites)
