Paypal doesn't show that my first payment for a Pay in 4 transaction has gone through, even though I have paid. There was a pending transaction but this disappeared and the app still shows that I owe the money for the first payment, even though I have already paid and no longer have that money available in my account.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent Pay in 4 transactions. Normally, the first payment is deducted automatically and the second payment is due 2 weeks later. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page in this instance.
