Paypal QR Code not showing

There is no pay with QR code popping out of my paypal app do i need to link a card first before it shows up?

2 costumers trying the app to send payment by QR code but the "scan/pay" button don't show up in his app's also in my app I don't have the option!!!

the scan/pay button work only in iOS??

they need to have balance to see the option??
